Garry's Mod Shader Problem?

My gmod is without any shaders at all!
For example, the headcrab doesnt have its shader to make it look wet, breendesk isnt shiny, nor is the magnum, ummm, the hunter doesnt have its greeny effect.
Dont tell me its my comp, because i can get half life 2 - portal team fortress 2 left 4 dead 2 on highest graphics!
